1/4 cup
plain Greek yogurt
(or thick dairy free yogurt)
2 tbsp
nut butter
1 scoop
vanilla protein powder
(about 1/4 cup)
1 tsp
baking powder
2 tbsp
brown sugar
(or granulated sweetener)
1 dash
vanilla
1 pinch
sea salt
1/4 cup
chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips. Once a
dough forms, fold in chocolate chips.

Spread the dough on the parchment paper and form into a large cookie shape.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden and firm. Enjoy!
