1 cup
Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
¼ cup
Blueberries
frozen
¼ cup
Blackberries
frozen
¼ cup
Raspberries
frozen
½ cup
Kiwi
Peeled and Sliced, (approximately 1 kiwi)’
½ cup
Banana
Peeled and Sliced’ (approximately ½ banana)
1 tbsp
Shaved Almonds

Instructions

Place yogurt and all frozen fruit into blender, blend for 1-2 minutes until
smooth.

You may need to stop and scrap sides of the blender down to ensure things mix
completely.

Peel and slice kiwi, and 1/2 a Banana.

Pour Yogurt mixture from blender into a bowl.

Top with sliced banana, kiwi, and almonds. Enjoy!
