Instructions

1 First, heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion until it’s soft. Add the
garlic and cook it for one more minute.
2 Now add the butter, tomato paste, flour, Italian seasoning and lightly season
with salt and pepper.
3 Then stir it all together and let it cook over medium high heat for about 2
minutes.
4 Next, stir in the chicken stock and cream.
5 After that, add the sun dried tomatoes and a little bit of the oil from the jar
that they come in.
6 Now stir in some shredded basil and Parmesan cheese.
7 Finally, add some pasta water and reseason the sauce with salt, pepper, italian
seasoning and garlic powder. Add the pasta and toss it into the sauce until it’s
evenly coated.
8 Serve warm and enjoy.
