Egg Rolls

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 lb ground sausage
• 16 oz coleslaw

  I use tri color- prefer to use 2 bags
• 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp ginger
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 cup green onions
• 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

  Optional – this will add heat
• 16 oz Egg Roll Wrappers
• 1/2 tsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

• 1 brown up a pound of ground sausage in skillet over med-high heat
• 2 once sausage is cooked add coleslaw mix – I love to use two and if you do two
  you will want to incorporate about 8 ounces at a time and cook as you go so the
  coleslaw cooks down 
• 3 once combined and low sodium soy sauce, garlic and ginger
• 4 mix all ingredients together and let cook up for about 3-5 mins
• 5 if you like heat a bit of red pepper flakes- but this is optional
• 6 then add sliced green onion to the top and let combine for a few mins
• 7 Take an Egg Roll wrapper and lay it flat on a cutting board or hard surface. I
  just like to do them on a cutting board for easy clean up.
• 8 Take a large scoop of mixture and start rollin up diagonally
• 9 use a dap of water on the ends to make sure it stays together
• 10 once you have 6-8 Egg Rolls wrapped
• 11 spritz each Egg Roll with Avocado oil
• 12 Place in air fryer at 400 for 8 minutes
• 13 enjoy with favorite dipping sauce
