Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing

This blue cheese dressing is easy to throw together.

It calls for half of the blue cheese to be melted in a microwave.

It is not essential but allows for the dressing to get infused with blue cheese
flavor.

Instructions

1 Divide the blue cheese and place half in a bowl to be melted in the microwave.
Reserve the other half to be added at the end.
2 In a bowl combine the buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise.
3 Melt the blue cheese in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
Microwave for 30 second increments until it is melted. Add to the bowl with the
buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise. Incorporate immediately so the cheese
doesn’t solidify.
4 Grate the garlic into the bowl.
5 Add the remaining ingredients.
6 Adjust seasoning as needed.
7 Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight to allow flavors to combine.
