Instructions

1 Cream the butter and sugar: Place softened butter and sugar into a large mixing
bowl. Mix using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes, or
until the mixutre is pale yellow, light, and fluffy.
2 Add one egg at a time.
3 Add the vanilla.
4 Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and all-spice
together. Aternate wet and dry ingredients to avoid over mixing and mixing. You
can do this by stirring after each addition until all ingredients are combined
into te mixture.
5 In a sperate bowl mash the bananas and milk then add to the mixture.
6 Then spread the mixture into a 15 x 10 greased pan or jelly roll pan.
7 Bake at 350° F for 20-30 minutes.
8 Let the banana sheet cake cool down then spread or drizzle the glaze on.
