baby potatoes
honey gold
9 ounces
dip chip carrots
about half bag
½ tablespoon
olive oil
4 cloves
minced garlic
½ tablespoon
shallot
diced
1 teaspoon
Italian seasonings
¼ teaspoon
parsley
¼ teaspoon
rosemary
½ teaspoon
garlic powder
¼ teaspoon
salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking tray with cooking spray

Cut potato lengthwise, into a width about equal to the carrots
3
Place potatoes and carrots on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and toss to evenly
coat
4
Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat
5
Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring/flipping every 10 minutes
