7 oz
Shiritaki Spaghetti Noodles
1 package
2 tsp
Minced garlic
1/4 tsp
Garlic powder
Optional
2 tbsp
Ghee
Or butter
1 tbsp
Green Onion
Chopped
1 tbsp
Liquid Aminos
Or soy sauce
1 tsp
Sesame Oil
1 tsp
Oyster Sauce
1 tsp
Crushed red chili flakes

Instructions

Heat ~1 quart of water in a small sauce pan to boiling

Drain Noodles into a fine mesh strainer, and rinse with cold water for 2 minutes

Add noodles to water, allow to come back to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes

Strain Noodles and return to hot pan. Dry fry over high medium-heat while
stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until water is gone and noodles are dry

While noodles are drying, melt butter in a sauté pan over medium-high heat, then
add garlic. Cook for ~1 minute, careful not to burn.

Lower heat and add the remaining ingredients except for 1/2 of the green onions,
plus 1/4 cup of water. Stir to combine and coat the noodles. Allow to cook down
until no liquid is left and noodles are golden brown

Sprinkle with remaining green onions and serve immediately
