Instructions

1 Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and white pepper. Cover
and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2 Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl, mashing the Gorgonzola cheese with a
fork until well blended.
3 Spread the mixed greens on a large platter. Arrange the avocado, bacon,
hard-boiled eggs, tomato, and red onion over the greens.
4 Grill the shrimp on medium heat, covered, for 2-3 minutes per side until they
turn pink.
5 Top the salad with the grilled shrimp. Serve with the prepared dressing on the
side.
