🧂 Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

chopped
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon

crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
6 stalks green onions

chopped
1 clove garlic

minced
1/4 cup water

Instructions

1 Heat garlic in stockpot for one min, before adding cauliflower and 1/4 cup
water. Steam cauliflower and add cream and chicken stock. Bring to boil, then
reduce to simmer. Add cheese and blend with an immersion blender. Top with bacon
crumbles and scallions and enjoy!
