Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder, set
aside.
3 Add eggs, vinegar, water, heavy cream, olive oil and vanilla extract and mix
well. Slowly add flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir until incorporated.
4 Insert cupcake liners into cupcake pan. Next, fill cupcake liners a little less
than 3/4 full.
5 Bake cupcakes for 18 to 22 minutes or insert a toothpick into the center of
the cupcake and if the toothpick comes out clean they are ready.
6 Allow cupcakes to cool.
