🧂 Ingredients

450 g milk chocolate
100 g marshmallow
100 g almonds
100 g gingernut biscuits (roughly crushed)
150 g ripe raspberries lollies (used Allen)
3-4 small candy canes
Chrismas M&Ms (optional)

Instructions

1 Combine marshmallows, raspberries, almonds, gingernut biscuits in a large bowl.
Mix to combine
2 Line a slice tray with baking paper
3 Melt chocolate as per your desired method (stove top or microwave)
4 Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow, raspberries, almond and
gingernut mix. Mix ingredients till well combined
5 Pour into the lined slice tray.
6 Place on top broken candy canes and scatter Christmas M&Ms.
7 Refrigerate till set

Cut into small pieces and ENJOY!!!
