🧂 Ingredients

1 quart apple cider

(or juice, no sugar added)
1 can full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut syrup

or maple syrup
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

1 Combine all ingredients in the stainless steel insert pot of your Instant Pot
and whisk together.
2 Press the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" button and adjust the time to 2 minutes on
high pressure.
3 When it beeps, immediately release pressure.
4 To emulsify, blend with an immersion blender or transfer to your blender and
blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
5 Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and whisk together over medium-high
heat.
6 Simmer for a minute or two.
7 Remove from the heat.
