🧂 Ingredients

½ cup tahini
2 tablespoons miso
Juice of ½ lemon
2 cloves garlic

minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
Optional: water

Instructions

1 In a bowl, add tahini, miso, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and
vinegar and whisk together well.
2 Optional: add water and continue to whisk till desired consistency reached.
