Instructions

1 In a large skillet brown your hamburger on medium heat. Add in your onion and
cook until translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
2 To the cooked hamburger add in the canned tomatoes, corn, salsa, chili powder
and cayenne.
3 Fold in the cut tortillas and cook on medium low for 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
4 Once the skillet bake has cooked through, top with the shredded cheese.
5 Top the taco skillet bake with fresh avocado and sour cream. This serves well
with a side salad and tortilla chips.
