Simple Honeydew Milk Tea Recipe

🧂 Ingredients

• ½ pc ripe honeydew melon
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup almond milk
• 2 cups water
• ½ cup ice
• 2 tablespoons black tapioca pearls
• Whipped cream

Instructions

• 1 In a saucepan, cook the tapioca pearls in water over medium heat then allow to
  cool.
• 2 Cut the melon into large cubes then place in a blender. Add the almond milk and
  sugar then blend until smooth.
• 3 Strain the liquid into a bowl. Carefully squeeze the liquid paste as much as
  possible.
• 4 Place the tapioca pearls and ice in the bottom of your serving glass. Pour the
  honeydew milk tea on top then sip and enjoy.
