🧂 Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese

softened
14 ounces condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
3 ½ ounces pistachio Jell-o
1 graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

1 Blend the cream cheese and condensed milk on low speed until smooth.
2 Add vanilla extract, milk, and Jell-o powder and continue to blend on low speed.
3 Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly around the shell.
4 Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
5 Serve with whipped cream, and enjoy!
