🧂 Ingredients

3 ruby red grapefruit

peeled and sectioned
3 blood oranges

peeled and sectioned
2 avocados

peeled and sliced
2 large heads Bibb lettuce
½ cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Grapefruit White Balsamic Condimento
2 tbsp Dash of Thyme Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

1 Combine first two ingredients in a bowl and lightly toss. Place lettuce leaves
on eight salad plates and top with sliced avocados.
2 Arrange fruit medley on top of avocados and dress with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle
toasted walnuts on top and serve immediately.
