Instructions

1 chop the raw chicken breasts into bite size pieces
2 chop the celery and onion into small pieces
3 melt the butter in dutch oven and add chicken, celery & onion. Saute until onion
is tender & translucent
4 add all other ingredients to Dutch Oven. Stir and cover and simmer on low until
rice is tender, stirring once or twice and adding water as needed to keep soup
thin and not allow rice to stick on the bottom of pan.
5 Serve hot with grilled cheese sandwiches or Ritz crackers. Or just take a big
bowl to your sick friend. Y'all enjoy!
