Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3 Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add vanilla and egg, mixing
until just incorporated.
4 Slowly add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture, blending well. Stir in
chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds.
5 Using a 1 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop, drop rounded spoonfuls onto
parchment-covered baking sheets.
6 Bake for 9-12 minutes.
7 Allow to cool for ten minutes on baking sheets before transferring to cookie
cooling racks.
