🧂 Ingredients

1 Store your Collins glass in the freezer or fill it up with ice to chill it
before making the drink.
2 Fill your shaker with ice, then add all ingredients except soda water.
3 Seal the shaker and shake for about 15 to 20 seconds until the shaker feels
cold to the touch.
4 Fill your Collins glass with fresh ice and strain the drink into the glass.
5 Top of the drink with chilled soda water and gently stir the drink.
6 Garnish with your thin rhubarb slice or ribbon.
