Instructions

1 Combine all the ingredients for the Coffee & Chocolate Rub
2 Rub the mixture evenly onto the surface of the turkey inside and out.
3 Roast the turkey on 325°F for 20 minutes per pound or until the internal
temperature reaches 170°F.
4 Once the turkey is cooked through, remove from the oven, squeeze the juice of 1
lime over the turkey, cover loosely with foil and let rest for at least 20
minutes before slicing.
