🧂 Ingredients

5 -6 peeled carrots
5 - 7 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp canola oil
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 ts ground black pepper
1/2 ts kosher salt

Instructions

1 Peel the carrots.
2 Grate the carrots on a cheese grater. use the large holes.
3 Don't grate the carrots in a food processor because they come out thick.
place the carrot in a large bowl.
4 Add all the salad ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
5 Check the seasoning and fix if necessary.
6 Place the salad in a serving dish and serve.
