🧂 Ingredients

1 In a medium pot add 3 cups of water and a pinch of salt and bring water to a
boil. Add in pasta. Cook pasta according to directions on the back of the box.
2 In a medium skillet combine 1/2 cup of olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. Cook on
medium for 5 minutes.
3 Add in spinach, salt, pepper and the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil and simmer
on medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until spinach is very dark green and
cooked.
4 Once your olive oil sauce is made, pour over pasta and combine.
5 Serve topped with a sprig of basil (optional)
