🧂 Ingredients

1/2 red onion, finely sliced
1/2 cucumber, deseeded and chopped
3 tomatoes, roughly chopped
juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1 handful fresh coriander, chopped
salt and pepper

Instructions

1 Mix the onion, cucumber and tomato in a bowl
2 Add the lemon juice, chilli flake, cumin, ground coriander, fresh coriander and
some salt and pepper to taste
3 Mix well and adjust the seasoning if necessary
