🧂 Ingredients

1 preheat oven to 400'F bake for 20-30 minutes just until the fish is cooked
through and flaky
2 while the fish is in the oven, add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to
combine.
3 peel and slice up one or two sweet potatoes into wedges or fries. Add a little
olive oil, salt and pepper plus some fresh chopped rosemary. place on a baking
sheet and add to the oven with the fish. takes about 20 minutes or longer if you
want them a little browned.
