1 Whole Wheat Pita
1-2 TBS Hummus

To Taste
1 TBS Kalamata Olives

To Taste
2-3 TBS Diced Cucumber

To Taste
2-3 TBS Garpe Tomatoes

To Taste
1-2 TBS Feta

To Taste
1-2 TBS Red Onion

To Taste
1 TBS Olive Oil

Instructions

1 Spread a thin layer of a good quality olive oil over pita and bake for 8-10
minutes at 425
2 Spread hummus over warm (not hot) pita bread and top with toppings as desired
3 We even love drizzling it with a little balsamic vinegar!
