🧂 Ingredients

½ - 1 cucumber
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
2 garlic cloves

minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp dill

finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt

Instructions

1 Shred cucumber and strain with cheesecloth to remove excess water.
2 Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Add salt to taste.
3 Refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate the flavors together. Serve with
grilled meats, gyros, salmon, vegetables, or as an appetizer with pita bread.
