🧂 Ingredients

1 lb confectioner’s sugar

also called powdered or icing sugar
5 tablespoons meringue powder
1/ 2 cup cold water
gel food colouring

Instructions

1 Sift together confectioner’s sugar and meringue powder. Be sure to sift or you
will have lumps!
2 Using an electric mixer on medium speed beat together sugar, meringue powder and
water for 7 minutes. Icing will be very thick
3 Thin to desired consistency by mixing very small amounts (1/4 tsp. at a time) to
icing for outlining, covering and decorating cookies. see detailed instructions
