Golden fry 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 9 oz cooked soya beans in 4 tbsp oil,
then fork in 1.6 lb boiled spinach; season with salt and milled pepper and serve
in a vegetable dish garnished with sliced, fresh red chillies.
