Honey Mustard Salmon

Seafood Salmon honey roasted

Instructions

1 In a small pan over low heat melt the butter. Once melted add the garlic and
saute for 2 minutes until soft and fragrant, but not brown.
2 In a bowl mix to combine the honey, dijon mustard, sautéd garlic with the
butter, chili flakes, and paprika.
3 Preheat the oven to 375℉.
4 Thoroughly grease a sheet pan (even if lining it with aluminum foil) with either
a cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil. Lay the salmon fillets flesh side up.
Season with a heavy pinch of salt.
5 Ladle the honey mustard sauce over each fillet, careful to avoid getting it on
the pan (this will burn in the oven).
6 Cook for 14-17 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet. At the last
minute turn on the broiler and broil for 1 minute before removing.
7 Top with fresh minced parsley and serve.
