Caramel Marshmallows

Marshmallows are perfect for holiday parties and cookie plates.

🧂 Ingredients

1 package large marshmallows
1 lb. package wrapped caramels
3/4 cup half and half
Finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

1 Put marshmallows onto the lollipop sticks or paper straws.
2 Place the nuts in a pie plate or other shallow dish.
3 Unwrap the caramels and place in a large pan along with the half and half. Over
medium heat, melt the caramels until thoroughly melted and smooth, stirring
constantly.
4 Dip the marshmallows one by one into the caramel, and then roll in the nuts.
5 Place them on wax paper, and let the caramel set–an hour or so–before serving.
