🧂 Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup cornmeal
½ cup granulated white sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk
2 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil or avocado/canola

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and
sugar.
3 Add milk, eggs and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix to fully
combine.
4 Line a standard muffin pan with 12 liners or lightly butter/oil the pan. Evenly
pour muffin mixture into the tins. Bake muffins for 13-15 minutes.
5 Remove muffins from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Serve with butter
and honey.
