1 Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Each cube should be about 1.5
inches. Then, chop the green onions and mince the garlic.
2 Add butter to a hot pan and let it melt. Then, add the potato cubes to the pan.
Stir-fry the potatoes for about 7-8 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Keep stirring the potatoes so that they don’t burn.
3 Add chopped green onions and minced garlic to the potatoes. Then, pour 1 tsp of
light soy sauce and 1 tsp of oyster sauce over the potatoes. Also, add 200ml of
coke to the pan. Stir to mix everything well.
4 Simmer them for about 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens up a bit. Finally,
sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Now you can enjoy delicious butter potatoes
with any of your favorite main dishes.
