1 Combine eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, sugar(optional) in a shallow bowl, and mix
thoroughly.
2 Place a skillet over medium heat, grease with half tablespoon of salted butter
3 Dunk a slice of bread in the mixture of eggs, milk, ground cinnamon. Dip and
flip to ensure the bread absorbs the mixture but not too much.
4 Place the bread on the greased skillet and cook each side for about 3 mins or
until brown.
