Instructions

1 Prepare the sofrito by blending onion, garlic, cilantro, and sofrito seasoning
in a food processor or blender.
2 Sauté shredded chicken until fully cooked and slightly browned.
3 Sauté diced red bell peppers until tender and slightly caramelized.
4 Combine cooked chicken, sautéed bell peppers, sofrito mixture, and tomato sauce
in a pan, then simmer.
5 Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer to meld the
flavors.
6 Cook thin spaghetti, then drain and set aside.
7 Add pitted green olives, capers, and raisins to the sauce and simmer for an
additional 5 minutes.
