1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (80/20)
6 oz. box of stuffing mix

Savory Herbs or your favorite
2 large eggs
3 tbsp. milk
3/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1 Begin by warming your oven to 350°F.
2 In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the stuffing mix, eggs,
milk, and 1/4 cup of ketchup. Ensure the mixture is thoroughly combined.
3 In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ketchup with the brown sugar and
Worcestershire sauce, then set aside.
4 Lightly spray a baking pan (9x13-inch) with cooking spray. Shape the meat
mixture into a loaf and place it into the pan. Top it with the ketchup glaze.
5 Bake the meatloaf for 55 minutes, or until it is completely cooked through.
