Instructions

1 Combine chicken and bbq sauce with some salt and pepper and marinate overnight
or at least a few hours. Place chicken on skewers and grill or use the broiler
in your oven to cook them until they have some char and are fully cooked
through. You can broil first and then reduce the temp to cook the chicken the
rest of the way if using the oven.
2 Combine the dressing ingredients and taste and adjust the seasonings to taste.
Toss the salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing and toss
again. Serve along with the chicken skewers.
