1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
light olive oil
1 teaspoon
brown sugar replacement
(Swerve brand)
1/16 teaspoon
salt
1/16 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/16 teaspoon
paprika
⅛ cup
plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
⅛ teaspoon
dill weed
⅛ teaspoon
lemon juice
1/16 teaspoon
salt
1/16 teaspoon
garlic powder

wash, peel and chop the ends off all of the carrots. Slice each of the carrots
up completely with a peeler or mandolin. The strips should be about an ⅛ inch
thick for them to not burn

add the remaining carrot bacon ingredients to a large bowl and stir together to
dissolve the sugar. Add in peeled carrots and toss to evenly coat. Do not throw
out remaining sauce, if any

place carrots in a greased air fryer and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Place carrots back into the bowl and coat with the remaining sauce. Air fry
again, at 400 degrees for 5 minutes

while the carrots cook, combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small
bowl. Store in the fridge to allow the flavors to form together
