Poppy seeds

Mustard
sarson oil
1 tsp
Turmeric
haldi powder
2 tsp
Salt
16 floz
Water
2 tsp
Green chillies
chopped

Instructions

Boil the poppy seeds in double the quantity of water; grind to a paste. Keep
aside.

Heat the mustard oil in a wok (kadhai) saute the potatoes for 3 - 4 minutes.

Add poppy seed paste, turmeric powder, and water. Cook till the potatoes are
done.

Add green chillies and serve immediately.
