panch phora
4 tbsp
oil or ghee
2 1/2 oz
chopped onion
1 tsp
turmeric
1/2 tsp
chilli powder
1/2 tsp
garam masala
salt

Instructions

Lightly fry 1 tsp panch phora in 4 tbsp oil or ghee.

Add and golden fry 2 1/2 oz chopped onion, then add 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp
chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and salt.

Add 2.2 lb okras, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Season to taste and serve in a vegetable dish.
