🧂 Ingredients

4 Bonein Pork Chops
1½ Tablespoon Dry Rub
2 Tablespoon Grapeseed/Canola / Olive Oil

Instructions

1 Pat dry the pork chops, sprinkle the dry rub on both sides.
2 Put 1 tablespoon oil to a cast iron skillet on medium to high heat
3 when shimmering, add the pork chops and sear for 3 minutes until golden brown.
4 Flip and sear the other side for another 3 minutes, until brown.
5 Put skillet for 5 minutes covered with aluminium foil into a preheated oven at
400°
6 Let it rest for 5 minutes
7 Serve and Enjoy!°
