🧂 Ingredients
2 Cup
Almond Flour
½ Cup
Maple Syrup
½ Cup
Halved blueberries
1 Cup
Desiccated coconut
Pinch
Salt
1 Teaspoon
Baking powder

Pre heat your oven to Gas mark 4 or 350°. Mix the almond flour, baking powder,
coconut and the salt together into a large bowl until well combined

Add the maple syrup and mix well, then add the blueberries and stir gently

Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto two baking trays lined with parchment
until you make 12 small mounds

With wet fingers mould the mounds into round shapes and press down until they
are flattened slightly

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Leave to cool slightly on the tray then lift the cookies from the parchment and
place them on a cooling rack to cool completely
