Air Fryer Crispy Corn

🧂 Ingredients

• 3 ears of corn
• cooking spray
• 2 tablespoons light margarine
• 4 cloves minced garlic
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ½ teaspoon ground red pepper

Instructions

• 1 First, preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. 
• 2 Then, cut up the ears of corn. Cut off the skinny ends, you want to make sure
  the corn is pretty even in width to cook evenly. Then cut the remaining corn in
  half. You will get two good pieces of corn per ear. 
• 3 Spray the corn with cooking spray, then air fry for about 13 minutes, or until
  your desired crispiness. Every 5 minutes, flip and spray the corn with more
  cooking spray. 
• 4 Meanwhile, melt the margarine in a medium sized pan over medium heat. Once
  melted, add the minced garlic and cook until it reaches a nice golden color,
  about 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the seasonings, mixing
  to combine.
• 5 Once the corn is done, add it to the pan and toss the pieces in the butter
