Instructions

1 Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their
shells into a large bowl, (I use my hands).
2 Chop up as desired.
3 IMMEDIATELY add the lemon juice, hot sauce – if wanted, onion, corn, beans,
garlic and toss well.
4 Add the tomatoes. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
5 Serve with corn chips.
