Sausage Traybake

🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat the oven to 200/180 fan/Gas 6. Put the sausages and vegetables (apart
from the tomatoes) into a large roasting tin, and toss well with the pesto.
2 Cook for 25 minutes, before adding the tomatoes and roasting for another 15-20
minutes, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables tender.
3 Meanwhile, cook the couscous according to pack instructions. Stir in the
parsley, then toss together with the cooked sausages and vegetables.
