1/3 cup
mint
minced
1 teaspoon
ground cumin
1 teaspoon
ground coriander
1 teaspoon
kosher salt
½ teaspoon
ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon
ground black pepper
1 clove
garlic
minced
1 cup
whole wheat bread crumbs
1 cup
Welch’s 100% Grape Juice
1 pound
ground turkey
1 cup
0% plain yogurt
1/3 cup
mint
minced
Pinch
salt
Zest of ½ lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch
ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin tins with spray olive oil. Place
all meatball ingredients except ground turkey into a large bowl and mix
thoroughly. Add ground turkey and incorporate mixture with hands.

Place ~1 ounce (golf ball size) meatball mixture in each muffin spot. Bake for
20-25 minutes until golden.

While meatballs bake, combine all ingredients for mint yogurt, mix together, and
place in refrigerator to allow flavors to come together.

Serve meatballs with mint yogurt. Enjoy!
