from a jar of pickles
1 teaspoon

1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
black pepper
4 cloves
minced garlic
16 ounces
ground chicken breast
¼ teaspoon

1 teaspoon
minced onion
⅛ teaspoon
dill weed
¼ teaspoon
black pepper

reduced fat, 2% milk cheddar cheese

Instructions

combine all ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and store in the fridge
to allow the flavors to form together

heat a large greased pan over medium/high heat. Spray with cooking spray

add minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until fragrant

add the ground meat and break apart a bit. Season with the seasonings and
continue to break apart and mix together while cooking

completely cook the chicken and set aside

(makes about 2 cups of ground meat, about ½ cup per serving)

be sure the tomatoes and onions are chopped up. I even like to chop up my
lettuce

divide everything evenly into four bowls and top evenly with the meat and
dressing
