🧂 Ingredients

1 Squash your avocado into a small bowl and squeeze your wedge of lemon and mix.
Set aside.
2 Slice your cherry tomato in half and then give it another slice to make the
cherry tomatoes smaller. Add your garlic, olive oil, salt & peppe + basil, mix
together. Place in the fridge.
3 Toast your slices of sourdough bread.
4 Spread the avocado on the slices of toast and drizzle your tomato topping on
top, about a spoonful works for me but serve as your heart pleases! Enjoy right
away!
