🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the washed potatoes on a baking sheet and
bake in the oven until fork tender – about 45 minutes.
2 Carefully cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and let them cool off a bit.
3 Scoop out the potato from the skin and place it into a medium size bowl. Making
sure to be careful to keep the skins intact!
4 In the medium size bowl, mix in the butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and
chives into the potatoes until well combined and smooth.
5 Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins and top with a little more shredded
cheese and bacon.
6 Warm in the in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
7 Garnish each potato with chives, serve & enjoy hot out of the oven!
